The JETAX Disposable Pleated Filter features a uniform and consistent dry-laid synthetic polyester media pleated and bonded with expanded metal mesh for enhanced durability and filtration performance. Designed for efficient removal of airborne particulates, these filters are ideal for HVAC systems, clean air environments, and industrial applications.

With a large filtration area of 17.6 ft² (1.635 m²), the filter supports a capacity of 1699 m³/hr (1000 CFM), maintaining a low differential pressure drop of 0.8” wg (1.993 mbar). Rated with a MERV 8 classification and compliant with EN799 G4 and EUROVENT EU5 standards, it provides effective dust spot efficiency (25-28%) and average arrestance of 85%.

The frame is constructed from heavy-duty beverage board with a pearl coat carton finish, ensuring rigidity and ease of installation.
